A horrible accident on I-285 delayed our arrival by several hours, but called hotel to let them know we would be checking in late. Agent on desk was very understanding and reassuring. On arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. The Hotel itself is very upscale and there's a lot to like and feast your eyes on. Overall, hotel was quiet and well-maintained.

I love that you can text front desk to ask for extras. I didn’t get her name (I’m so sorry) but she ran up to the third floor (literally took the steps) to bring us toiletries we left behind at home. She was amazing

The cleanliness, space, and the look of the hotel was nice. Wish I could have used the pool but it was a little chilly that weekend. I will book again here if I need to travel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, specially Anthony the engineer who helped me with my suitcase on my first night in. Breakfast was also great.
